1. Introduction

Grub Conf is a Gnome2 based GNU GRUB configuration editor. It provides an easy to use interface allowing effortless modification of OSes and the flexibility to configure the most obscure options. Designed to require minimal user interaction.

GNU GRUB is a Multiboot boot loader which is the software that is first loaded when your computer starts (before the operating system) and allows control over which and how an operating system is to load.
